How does Keeping-Up collect Customer Information?

We obtain information directly from you when you participate in one of our workshops, complete a pre-workshop survey, a post-workshop evaluation or contact us via mail, email or telephone.

From Other Parties

We may acquire a list of names and addresses, which may include your name and address where you have given your consent, from list vendors to send promotions or product information to the names on the list. Any such other parties are bound by their privacy policy, not ours.

What Information Keeping-Up May Collect Through its Website:

During normal website usage, you can visit our site without communicating any personal information. However, there are instances where we request personal information such as your name, address, and e-mail address on our site, to provide you with a service, correspondence, activities such as e-newsletter, or the request of a quote. We request e-mail addresses as a means of contacting you if you wish. Any personal information collected is used as set out in this Privacy Policy.

Electronic mail sent to us that may contain personal information

You may decide to send to us personally identifying information in an email, for example in a message about your workshop experience. We will only use this personal information to identify you as a client, to determine how to respond to your email and try to resolve the matter identified in the email.

The more information you volunteer, and the more accurate it is, the better we are able to customize and improve your experience with our company. You will be asked for sufficient personal information for us to verify your identity and the details about the personal information you are interested in prior to us processing your request. Will Keeping-Up update its privacy policy?

We are always looking for ways to improve and update our services to further enhance our programs. Consequently our policies, including this privacy policy, will continue to evolve and Keeping-Up reserves the right to alter this privacy policy from time to time. Such changes will be effective ten days following the date on which this privacy policy is revised and posted to our Keeping-Up website.
